Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Small yet efficient pharmacy, excellent pharmacist to customer ratio so you quickly develop a relationship with everyone in the store. Whether you are comfortable with a male or female pharmacist, they are all extremely knowledgeable and have great communication skills. The owners are hands on in the business and when theyre not there Laura is amazing. Only good things to say about staff. Pharmacists and others are all awesome. If you can tolerate the shorter hours then the service is worth it!
