All my family shops from Bayautozone, they are a good place to get a low millage car like almost brand new, I got my beetle from here 8 years ago and had no problem, then I bought a SLK with 6000 kilometers, I still have I it and enjoy it much, I also use the service shop, they have the best tire selection for summer and winter, and good prices, thank you bay auto zone!

Actually, I am a little worried to be recommending Alec so highly, since he is the best damn mechanic I have ever had. I am worried that he is going to get too busy that he will not have time to fit me into his schedule in the future. Take it from me, he is the most honest, fair and professional mechanic you will find anywhere. It will be a sad day for me when he does eventually retire. I personally do not trust anyone else with my vehicles and as a result, I refuse to go anywhere else.

Great experience. They worked hard to get me the truck I wanted AND at half the interest rate I had on the car I traded in. They also filled the tank and refilled it when we had to go back to them a few days later when a faulty gas cap caused the engine light to come on and at no charge they are getting it replaced. Even let us have it mailed to us instead of us having to make another trip to get it. So far they have done everything I have asked if them.

Got an alignment done on my 86 c10 which is pretty primitive and out of date compared to the steering systems on today’s cars. I often have a hard time finding mechanics that will even touch my truck because of the age and complete lack of computers. But they were still able to order all the parts and do a great alignment. recently had an issue with side window on chevy hhr.went down halfway and stopped.I noticed the sign on victoria park gentleman was just finishing a vehicle.He did a quick check then pulled the door panel and noticed a slight bend on the track,straightened it put panel back on and told me to have a great day.Although it took only a few minutes his experiance and customer service will encourage me to return and recommend this location in the future. thanks dc

Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Their rates are reasonable and the quality of service is quite high. I highly recommend them.
