They have plenty of best equipment to use. Flexibility and the frequent course times are absolutely a great advantage. This company provides great customer service, which makes you feel very special. They can host a large group course at your location. I would certainly recommend it to anyone.

The vets and staff really took the time and cared about my dog Spyro, they all treated her so well. When she had to be put down due to illness and old age (18 y.o.) they were compassionate and sincere.

I love this place! The staff are amazing, and make you feel SO comfortable. They make every effort to talk to you and explain things in detail if need be. The hygienists are all so gentle, you would never know they were cleaning while they do it. Very trendy location, and decor. Hopefully they get Wi-Fi sometime soon so you can use your phone to watch shows as an alternative to the great TV's they have for each patient room!

They have great inventory and great selection. The staff help you very well in your selection. The price is fair. It's not low but it's comparable to average prices that you might even encounter in US (which is pretty impressive). Bought a chair that cost more than thousand dollars but the price was compatible with every other retailer I checked. In BC it was the lowest. They also deal well with returns and exchanges. Sales need to be more subjective.
