I lost my entire key ring and was locked out of my house. Of course it was Friday close to 5pm.
The first place was closing soon, the second place came out & could not open it..saying the lock is too old, the lock tumblers are in upside down, there is too much dirt in the lock etc.
The third place was Brothers.. by then it was 7 but they would be right out! Ken was prompt and courteous...and BEST of all had the lock opened in about 5 minutes!! What a relief!

The staff are very friendly, the mechanics will explain what repairs were done and they get the job done on the date of the appointment. I called Bison for help on the Sunday evening before thanksgiving. They had an actual technician answer the phone (not an answering service) and was willing to talk the situation through in case he didn't need to come out. I have a boiler, and lots of service people don't do boilers, but he didn't hesitate to assist me, patiently going through the options with me, in a way that I could understand.

I like to wait a few months before I write aby type of review. Anna's Denture Clinic. First off, there is lots of free parking. A very relaxed felling during the complete process There are no screaming noises coming from behind closed doors, unlike some dentist offices which make you think there is some kind medieval torture chamber somewhere in the back, Her prices are great, she is very knowledgeable in her field. I had to return the first week for 1 simple partial adjustment. That's it.
