Dr sheppard is very kind and attentive. She doesn’t rush. She also keeps spaces in the day for same/next day appointments instead of needing to go to emerg or get booked out 2 weeks. Our family loves her!

Excellent service at the pharmacy with superior communications with your prescriptions.
All staff is friendly and extremely helpful in every way.
If there are negative reviews about this place, then it is obviously because of your attitude.
I have been going there for years now . . . and I am probably one of the more fussy customers . . . they are excellent in every way and fill out my 3 month prescriptions with efficiency.

Today I just witnessed some of the best customer service that one could ask for at the Bell Canada Store in Midland Ontario. Ms. Jennifer Brown listened to my billing problem and instead of pushing me off and advising me to phone….she took up the task of trying to accommodate me. She patiently waited as a Bell operator handled the billing request …..finally after quite some time of over the phone discussion my bill got paid….I was able to link two properties successfully. As a ski instructor at Blue I've had 2 accidents in four years resulting in "emergency dept" medical care. On both occasions the care and professionalism of all staff, including admin, nursing care and doctors has been totally exceptional.
My latest accident was only a cracked rib but I can attest from my more serious accident (a cervical fracture, emergency surgery and ongoing rehab) that our Health Care system is a marvelous treasure and Collingwood Hospital is a wonderful part of it.
