Absolutely love Dr. Mckeown, she is such a great doctor. She is very through and answers all your questions. She is always understanding of your worries and requests, I never leave her office feeling bad. She is so kind and really cares and connects with her patients on another level. Diesel Pro Services Inc. truly lives up to their reputation of great service! My dad brought his truck in and was so pleased with the work and how he was treated. John was amazing and very transparent in regards to what needed to be done and was very honest! He was very welcoming and very patient; which of course my dad and I really appreciated especially since my dad doesn’t speak English well and I have little to no knowledge of Diesel engines! I recently went to John and his crew for a remote car starter to be installed in my 2011 Lexus RX350. I have to say John was so nice and helpful. After coordinating our schedules they were able to quickly and properly install this amazing feature to have especially during the cold winters here in Canada. John even took the time to explain and show me how to properly operate it afterwards. I’m very pleased to have had work done here and will be back for any other auto concerns if any.

On the eve of a snow storm, I was turned away from 3 other tire dealers that took one look at my 20 year old car and said they couldn't help me. They gave me no options and just flatly turned me away.
Fortunately, the guys at OK Tire Pickering took me in and were able to get four new tires on my old beater. I had to wait because they were busy, but they told me that up front and offered coffee, etc.. while i waited.
Now I have two cars in need of tires. I'll be giving these guys my business.
