Like previous visits, the visit today, Saturday, May 22, 2021 confirmed that the facility is neat and organized to follow all the necessary COVID-19 public health protocols - with lots of hand sanitizer stations in the facility, social distancing marks on the floor and reflecting in the arrangement of seats, etc. The staff are working very hard and professionally to keep wait times within 20-30 minutes - even for walk-in appointments. The staff are very courteous and commendable.

I was so imprssed with the professional customer service. I was on a very limited budget and they provided a reasonable price for the services I needed. My job requires that I have a vehicle that is in good working order and Dalzell's helped me to meet that requirement. They also gave me a list on future maintainence requirements with a cost so that I could budget for them. Thank you so much and I highly recommend them for any repairs that you need. I trust them and that says alot!

These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. I found that very considerate and a big thumbs up to them. It really made me feel like they really cared about their customers. Thanks guys.

Great customer service and great prices (parts + labor was quoted way less than the dealer)! Had to get some sensors replaced for my 2002 Honda Accord. The mechanic was fast! I waited no longer than 20 minutes for the new sensor to get installed. I also requested to get a power steering flush but the mechanic was honest enough to tell me that i didn't need one. The mechanic took the time and walked me through, in detail, what i do or didn't need to get replaced. I'll definitely be coming back in

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I had some work done on my car, after the dealership was done my remote start didn't work . I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. A wonderful experience, I commend these young people for great customer service I received.
