After seeing how they treated our company fleet I began taking my car, then my children's cars there. Service us always fantastic and thorough but I also like that they don't push things into your bill. The other thing I've noticed over the several years I've known them is the familiar faces of the mechanics. They are long term and happy people. I highly recommend Holm's. ?

We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

I have been a long time committed customer and I can only say these guys are very patient and very trustworthy. I recent took my truck here and they gave honest advice that wasn't in their best financial interest. They showed me the areas of concern, while the truck was on the hoist. Trust worthy shop. Fair pricing. They would check what's wrong and fix only the necessary. They won't even charge you for little things. One time I brought my car in because the engine light turned on. Nhat had it turned off with and when I asked for bill he said it is free. I have them fixed/replaced may rotors and calipers and paid less than what I would have paid elsewhere. Give them a try...

Awesome service! I was in the UBC hospital and the nurse faxed my prescription and it was delivered in about 30 minutes. They even adjusted the bill after finding out I had extra insurance on site! Thank you Winney and the rest of the staff of IDA for such excellent service.

Can Tire on Cedar Hill Rd has come through for me on two consecutive Xmas repairs. When many places closed and they were swamped they still managed to fit me in without appointment after snow left my splash guard dragging under the car. The guys did a permanent repair quickly while I had coffee. Kudos and thanks to front staff and techs for customer service above and beyond.

Boyd really helped me out when my landlord backed into my sports car. A simple fender repair and paint match was $1750, but 100% covered by ICBC. Boyd made my car look brand new like nothing even happened, and then on top of that even took an old car badge off that I wanted off and did some small detail work. Highly recommend this business, great people and great service.

Gary and his team are very passionate about their job. They worked hard on identifying a very tricky issue with my car where a component failed without being visible on the computer. They worked late and took the car for a ride until it started to behave as I described.
They have used parts in their shop from dismantled Volvo-s and this is very useful for replacement or nailing down a faulty component.

Soni is an honest mechanic and does amazing work! I am coming to him for all of my auto repairs, oil changes and everything from now on! I fixed 6 spark plugs, 3 coils and a valve cover gasket. I can say that he does not try to rip you off or scam you. He is honest and does amazing work! I would STRONGLY recommend him to everyone. Polite, cooperative and technically proficient staff. Fitted me in over the lunch hour after I was at Main-SWmarine for a routine service. Penny replaced a hit&run damaged multifunction Lincoln drivers side rear view mirror and all features including auto heating, near 180degree adjustment in all directions from inside the car, blindspot alert etc work perfectly.
That location is relatively convenient and safe plus for west siders the damage can be assessed in Kits on MacDonald.

Fred Automotive gets my definite thumbs up for perservernce and integrity. They were recommended to me by another shop that had closed down and it proved to be a sound recommendation. We recently had the exterior of our house painted by B&R. The job was completed promptly. The quality of the work was terrific. The team cleaned up their materials and equipment each day.
