Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. It’s been a year since I slipped on black ice and hobbled into The Spinal Garage. I entered a treatment plan knowing that my condition would not be a quick fix. Within 6 weeks my initial pain was reduced and my mobility increased, both dramatically. At each periodic assessment I showed moderate improvements and at the one year mark I’m now showing a reversal in some of the degeneration that I came in with. I couldn’t have put myself in better hands than that of Dr. Alan and his caring team.

We had minor fender damage on our Lexus RX 350.
I dropped in and Theo was able to pop the fiber glass panel back into place and installed a new bolt. He even used rubbing compound to remove the scratches. in half an hour was all fixed up good as new.

The best service garage I've had experience with. Exceptional customer service: one time actually drove me home when the service was going to take several hours, and picked me up afterwards, without charge. Very friendly. The mechanics come out from the garage to talk directly with you about your vehicle. They are also very fair and honest. There's been times when they discreetly declined to charge my for labour when diagnosing a problem, instead charging me just for the parts. Exceptional.
