I decided to come here for the first time when I got interested in the Explorer. From the start I was greeted by friendly faces at the door and felt very welcome. After doing most of the work over email, Scott showed me all of the features in great detail and made sure I was comfortable before leaving. I would easily recommend these guys.

These guys are fantastic! We have come to them twice now, first for a side impact collision, the second for a door dent repair. Quoting was fast and accurate, service was second to none. These guys are professional and get the job done right. For the our second issue the door dent repair, because of its proximity to the door edge,they said they likely could not fix without having to spray both door. They pulled the dent about 90%, not wanting to risk addition damage to paint, all free of charge.

This is a great shop that uses common sense to troubleshoot auto electrical issues. Reasonable rates for some solid service to boot! They saved me money that I couldn't afford at the time as well. They truly went above and beyond in repairing my Impala ABS and Trac Off warning light issue, a trait hard to find with the bigger repair shops these days. Thanks to the guys at Maxwell auto.. I'll definitely be bringing my business to them in the near future. Cheers!

I got into a minor fender bender with a senior and wanted to fix my car right away. I searched online and went to his place metro auto … They were friendly and reasonably priced… i got my car back in 2 days, and WOW was i impressed with the work!. Wow if I could give a 10 I would. Emily and Kyra both dealt with me and what a great customer service experience. Very professional and diligent and thankyou for the free oil change. Old School Auto did a great job for me. They went above and beyond in building an old 54 Chevy Pickup I had since I was a 15 year old kid. I kept changing things as the project went on and Larry and the gang just took care of it the way I wanted. I had some work done on my car, after the dealership was done my remote start didn't work . I contacted PUSH TO START, and spoke to a very pleasant receptionist, and she told me to come in, I arrived and spoke to a very pleasant young man, he changed the battery in my starter fob and showed me how to reset my starter at no cost. A wonderful experience, I commend these young people for great customer service I received.

Silver Star Auto - I have been using Silver Star to repair all my vehicles for almost 20 years now. THEY ARE HONEST. They do not BS people. They are willing to cater to unique needs of a customer (like present an alternatives, if possible). The staff is very experienced with everyone being more or less there at the start and still there with the added apprentice once in a while (or worker - whatever - I assume).
These guys remembered my name after being away for years - that is impressive in on its own; it means they are smart and have good memories, which I think would serve a mechanic well; and apparently does.
When a LARGE Canada wide "Tire" company mechanic told me I needed new ball joints or my wheels would fall off within a month; even though I was there to get my brakes looked at, and quoted me prices over $1000. I HAD to get a second opinion. I just chanced upon Silver Star and was told the ball joints were fine. They lasted longer than 10 years - longer than the truck actually. Also, the brake job came in around $100 only (but 20 years ago), because they only did what was necessary, not tacking on new rotors, or the rear brakes (which had lots of life left at the time).
They will show you an old part they removed if you ask and even point out how it was defective.
They are professional and friendly enough - but not "Salesmen" - I have never been pressured to buy this or that. Try them and see!

Excellent Service. Awesome Prices. I took my van for an oil change and I asked if he could try to get my spare tire to drop down (it is under the van in the middle). I have had another shop try to get the tire down with no success, Dale was able to take the bracket apart and get my spare tire off for me. Now if I need to use it can. :)

Two guys done the job, and were exceptional. Got on with the job, and cleaned up everything before leaving. I would recommend this garage floor coating, Polyaspartic to anyone that wants to improve or repair their garage floor. The guys at the dealership also friendly and helpful.
