I’m in awe of how wonderful the staff are here. I needed help and direction on how to fix a crank arm on my bike but wasn’t sure on how to go about doing it and what to look for. I had two visits at Impala Bicycles for this ‘fixing one’s bike’ journey. Each encounter was a wonderful experience and am grateful for meeting these staff members. This store had great service. The staff are courteous and very helpful. The cosmetic staff are especially helpful and friendly. They remember what I bought in the past and recommend other products that work well with them. The store is always clean and the shelves well stocked. I am not generally a fan of big box furniture stores but the exact table and chairs I wanted were available at this store so I went in. The customer service was excellent - the young salesman who helped us really went out of his way to answer my many questions - and we had our dining set in two business days. Great! Lire plus

Had several great experiences at this store. Sales rep Adam Bryan was extremely helpful in selecting and ordering our appliances and making sure everything was correct. The store manager, Syed, went out of his way to assist us when the pandemic caused delays in appliances due to chip shortages. Would highly recommend this store. Lire plus
