OK, I recently did a review for having my radiator repaired a few days ago. I saved enough money from that repair (vs. OConnor Dodge) to consider doing a separate repair.

Wanted to share my experience with Chilliwack Ford sales and service department along with management. To summarize, they’re an incredible group of people who truly care and put their clients first. I am absolutely in love with my F150 but it came with a few problems. What wasn’t in Chilliwack Fords control was how the vehicle was manufactured and by bad luck with a few issues, but what was in their control was how they handled the situation so professionally and fairly. Ten years ago we needed body work and painting. We were extremely satisfied with the work then. Last week we had someone hit the back end of the same vehicle. Just one word "Flawless" yes that's what this team means. They were courteous, professional and also funny. I absolutely loved their attention to details and transparency in billing process. Timely updates and ease of communication ?? loved it. I would definitely recommend checking with Craftsman Collision before heading out to other body shops.

After their findings I was given a full print out of everything and was gone through everything in detail by Gopi, the Manager at Crompton’s.
