Staff were so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure I got a camera that was perfectly suited to my needs. All round good experience and no aggressive upsell.... just great customer service. They really came through for us!!! Not only that they phoned us as soon as our item was ready for pick up and waited after hours for us to come and pick it up knowing it was urgent for us to have this garment. This place is easy to miss because its not showy but what a great find. I love the staff and the services. I feel very relaxed and cared for at Body Sense. I rebook my appointments so that I don't have trouble getting in because the girls offer such great services they book up quickly, this is definitely is not the place to walk into and expect to get in that day. I highly recommend paying the store a visit!

I was very impressed with the service I received when I called and when I went to get the part I required, I was greeted in a very friendly manner. The young man who brought the part out was very friendly and helpful, even made sure the part was right for my vehicle.
Pricing was the best around.
I would recommend them to anyone and will contimue to shop there for any future needs.

BBQ lunch meal. Tandoori chicken, lamb kebab, naan and veggies. The meal had value and lots of flavours. I was great to just order a meal off the menu; freshly prepared instead of the usual over indulge at a buffet where sometimes food sits too long.

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure. It all went well and was almost painless. My fears were calmed and Sam had to tell me the tooth was gone. Great job.
