The teams at ReBalance MD have all been extremely helpful, supportive, and professional throughout 2013-2018, and 4 surgeries on my right knee. I have loved receiving Dr Penny Seth-Smith's naturopathic care for the last 24 years. She is extremely skilled and generous, highly-intelligent and helpful to her numerous clients - many of whom naturally sing her praises for years. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.
