I never got a chance to use them because of timing, so we were forced to cancel (I was so embarrassed). But they were very *very* kind about it and these days, when kindness is in short supply, I found that very welcoming. Some might say its silly to rate a business 5-stars because of being nice, but nice matters.

I've been a customer of this location for years and I've always been impressed by their friendly, knowledgeable and professional service. Today was no exception with Derek and a young lady (I didn't get her name) at the counter. One word: WOW. If I could give more stars, I would. I am very particular about who touches my car, and how they do their work (I keep a watchful eye over people). Needless to say I'm not very trusting of every mechanic or any person in the auto industry. Every single person who touched my car, did so with care. Derek and his team did an AMAZING job, and know what they're doing. They did an excellent job washing my car at the end. 10/10 I would recommend them. Honest and Professional Service!
