We were in St. Catherines for a road test when the steering wheel locked and left us very panicked. A young gentleman from Canadian tire came to help us and was able to get us back into our car in seconds. He was very kind and rescued us from potentially a very stressful afternoon. On top of getting good customer service on choosing the tints i wanted... there was a waiting room with leather chairs, a.c., a tv to watch any movie or show, free Wi-Fi. Once again experience & professional staff yield real dividends. We had our winter tires installed yesterday and prior to doing so we enquired about the life expectancy of winter tires since we have been using the same winter tires for 5 years .Based on the miles driven and the manner in which the tires are stored during the summer (Xtreme Tire)we were assured that all was in order. First come, first served, no appointments required. I called late in the morning to have my winter tires removed and Chris was able to get the work done very quickly. He found some alloy rims for the summer tires which make the car look better than ever! Best prices too!

Well, what else can I say about these amazing guys. Needed some pretty major work on our newest old vehicle. These guys have been looking after our vehicles for going on 30 years ... a long, long time anyway. We moved away from Cambridge over 9 years ago and we STILL bring both of our vehicles to Water Street Auto. That's gotta stand for something. I couldn't be more pleased with the level of service I received from OK Tire in Burlington. The tires are phenomenal, they were able to order my run-flats within one day and accommodate my appointment request, and charged a third of what I was quoted at my car dealership. This included balancing and they even deducted the money I paid the day prior to have my summer tires installed, which they indicated (as did the dealership)needed to be replaced. I have had an excellent experience.

Nothing but the best from Dan. Answered every question I asked him about polishing peeping and ceramic coating a vehicle. Gave me different options in which ceramic coating to use and i decided on the Feynlab three year coating. Again best chcoice and Dan did a superb job highly recommended. Dan even asked if I wish to watch what he does I can watch and see how he does the process.. I stayed for couple of hours this man does not mess around. MDX looks awesome. Thx Dan.

I brought a car in for a drive belt replacement. The service manager Richard, looked at the belt and told me it was new so I didnt need it replaced. He did not charge me for the service check and recommended belt dressing as I had a squeal on start up. Had this been any other service station I would probably have paid for a new belt and any other issue they could find. I would highly recommend Canadian Tire service on Glendale Ave and big shout out to Richard. Thank you. BTW dressing worked grea
