Our family of 3 rented one of your suites for a short vacation from our hectic lives on the mainland. We have been to Victoria before but have always stayed in hotels, this was our first time with Victoria Prime. I don't think I can remember a time I have ever felt so taken care of by a hospitality company. I wish I could recall the name of our host, she was so great, she even provided us with suggestions as to things our teen daughter would enjoy while being forced to "hang" with "the parents.

I have to say, when I find I have Sunny as my checkout clerk I smile. He's a great guy with a (sunny) disposition. His line is always the longest and he get's his job done expertly and in good time. Shopping is not my favorite thing to do so it's nice to deal with a pleasant staff member.

I was directed to the upstairs studio and was impressed with the decor and cleanliness of the studio. I got a tour, and had the machines and rooms explained to me right then and there. Excellent and very fair. I called several other -Rooter- companies and received questionable practices. one of them quoted me 3 times what I paid to Royal Rooter. I am sure they just expected me to pay it since they were already there. The other one wanted my credit card up front. Royal charged me 1 hour minimum and then by the hour after that. Drew was courteous and knowledgable and fixed it in the first hour. Royal should always be at the top of your list of companies to call. Thanks.

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
