Excellent customer service. After speaking with management they adjusted and compensated me for being misquoted. In addition, they offered to fix a door at my house that for my husband failed to repair. The property management loved them! I had purchased the air conditioning unit from Richard and his team last May, however due to mechanical failure, the unit had started making loud noises. I reached out to Richard and within 24hrs, he had a technician coming over to check. We had a follow up call within 2 days and the unit completely stopped operational. I was scrambling when we got short notice to move my Mom from a Seniors’ Assisted Living Home into Long Term Care.Thankfully Move Seniors Lovingly’s name jumped out at me during a frantic google search. They were fabulous! From the packer to the movers, they were professional, respectful and compassionate. I was able to be with my Mom during transport and intake while they set up her new room. Recently I hired Troy Moving to bring the contents of my storage locker from Vancouver to Montreal.
It was so much easier than I expected, we got the storage people to work out the details with Troy so we didn't have to be there for the pickup, pre-arranged payment to have the contents to our new storage locker. PAINLESS PROCESS!! Everyone was so accommodating to our needs and we really appreciate all the hard work that was put in by the great office staff.
My daughter went to check out the stuff at the locker in Montreal and everything appears to be in good shape, really pleased with how this all worked out!
