If you're looking for an auto repair shop where customer satisfaction is more important than maximising profit, this is the place for you. Owen will bend over backward to make sure you are satisfied with work done at his shop. With all of the television shows exposing unscrupulous dealings in the auto repair business, it's nice to find there are still some honest repair shops around. Strongly recommend!

I feel truly blessed to have grown up with the Banno family that owns and operates this shop. These guys have true integrity.
Never too busy to explain things in greater detail. On days like today when its -40°C and everyone has a broken car, they take time away from their lives and their families, working late, just to help make sure their friends and loyal customers are safe. Great Shop! I took my 1996 BMW 750il there after my drive belt got shredded. I was very impressed when I called because they are so knowledgeable. They had it looked at the very first day and let me know what needed to be done. The price was great and so was the service. I will take all of my cars there in the future and recommend them to all of my friends and family! If you have an older BMW or Benz take it here.

These guys did a fantastic job on my vehicle. They also went above and beyond my expectations. It was very icy I have a cane, I said please park it where there is as little ice as possible so I can get in they had it parked by the entrance door and salted all the way to the drivers side. My RV was broken down at an intersection in cochrane on a busy August weekend. I was being honked at, people were shaking their fists at me (unbelievable), and my girls were sitting at a campground by themselves in Field. I was upset, a little desperate and feeling vulnerable (single lady alone). The Ama driver referred me to JD's auto center that would take me in right away to at least look at it (some i'd called were saying 2 weeks away even to give an opinion!) The mechanic looked at it right away and did some minor repairs/cleaned the fuel filter and sent me on my way without insisting I needed a new fuel pump etc. Ie. He was honest. The shop stayed open a bit later to accommodate me. I know how uncaring people in this world can be these days.... That day reset my faith in humanity and I was on the road that night; made it to Field at dusk to find my 2 frightened, much-relieved girls sitting at a picnic table at dusk. Can't thank you guys enough!!! -Heather
