Wiped out in the ditch
Caa took 25 minutes to answer... and another 10 - 15 to find me..
After they then quoted 1hr 19min! 2 hours in the ditch :O.
Elite updated with a 30 minute response time & responded in about 22!
I'm sure it's not always like this, and I'm sure Noone likes their car impounded! Lol.
But this is the second time dealing with and I'm satisfied! :)

A large nail in my tire left me stranded on Currie Road. I called WILLSON Towing, on a chance. They were closest to where we sat stranded with a flat.This was a positive experience in every way. Sean was so helpful and kind - understanding our dilemma. Both the main office and Sean the driver who came to our aid went above and beyond to get us towed to a place nearby where we could get assistance. I highly recommend and praise this company and its people. Thank you so much

John Brock himself came out to rescue me when I locked my keys in my car. He travelled over an hour to me when none of the surrounding CAA providers wanted to take my call. He arrived around 11:30pm at night and was friendly, cheerful and pleasent. He wasn't at all resentful or rude to me for placing a call so late in the evening. He is a kind-hearted man who genuinely enjoys his job. He was time-efficient also, and had the problem solved within minutes. He will be the first on my list to call!
