Mo came to our rescue this morning in record time. He even beat us to the parking lot where our keys were locked in our car. He was so friendly and opened the car super quickly. Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). Excellent service!

I sent a message but I wanted to do a review
I was on my way from Nanaimo to Kelowna for a family emergency. Between Merritt & Kelowna I had a flat tire & no spare. I phoned Deloro. The girl that answered the phone was extremely patient and helpful figuring out where I was. She said Bill would be with me in 45mins It was actually 46 mins cause he had to go a ways to turn around.
Both made a stressful situation less stressful
Within 2hrs I was back on my way. Thank you to you both so much l

Mike and Steph are a true example of wholesomeness and goodness of mankind. Travelling alone from Calgary to Surrey for a wedding, my tire flew off around 3 am outside Revelstoke! No phone service but 1 bar on data! Just enough to find Bens! Mike was there with in an hour! He was courteous, safe and very considerate to arrange ride for me with Steph to Salmon Arm to rent a car. She is super sweet, kind and caring. Cant thank them enough for helping me so that I could make the wedding! God Bless
