James was very good from start to finish. Always informative and kept me up to date. In that moment I was never made to feel like a number. However, up until a week ago, they have made me feel like I was just another quota they were meeting for the end of the month. I sent an email about a discrepancy and they have never responded. Very disappointing. Overall the service was good and James was professional and honest.

To say the experience at the Salon was excellent is almost an understatement! I had the best cut and colour that I have ever had and the staff were all fabulous. I live in Toronto but now make my regular trips to Ottawa so that they coincide with when Lindsey is working. Lindsey worked miracles with my very fine, straight hair - kudos.

recently had stonework done on my home and couldn’t be happier. Samuel showed excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail—every stone was carefully placed, creating a beautiful look. He previously rebuilt my chimney, so I trusted him again. The project was on time, clean, and he listened to my ideas. Highly recommend!

Im reading the previous review and I find that extremely hard to believe. They must have been a complicated bridal party. I personally had my prom hair done there, my entire bridal party and I have recommended ZuHair designs to several bridal parties and we have never had any issues. Should we have been unsatisfied he makes sure he takes the next step in order to rectify the situation. I'm so grateful that this salon was able to help me....They are wonderful here and boy do they know how to cut and colour hair!!! I was so impressed on how they FIXED my hair. Just because they are in a small town means nothing they are totally up to the current styles. Just beware, I had to go here to get my hair fixed because of another local Richmond salon!!! Sam is a very skilled hair stylist. For those who have fine hair and need to find a hair stylist that can provide a haircut that works with fine or thin hair, Sam has done a phenomenal job with mine. I had gone to several different hair stylist with poor results, until Sam cut it. The cut he provided immediately proved successful and I was able to easily style my hair and it looked really good. I have not been disappointed.

Not only was Rogers service great but he actually suggested rebuilding our pump instead of simply replacing it- saving us a lot of money. While he was here is also inspected other aspects of our hot tub in hopes of preventing any unwanted surprises.
Roger and Chris were professional, knowledgeable and very respectful of our home. They always showed up on time and stand by their work.
A wonderful company we will definitely use again and happily refer to friends and family.

I needed a company that could do a move in/out at two locations, one in town and the other out of town. From my phone call to book the appointments to the completion of the first job, this team was great. Linda did a wonderful job and even vacuumed my dog's bed. I would recommend them to anyone wanting their home cleaned thoroughly!
