I am a security guard working for Paladin security..we had a contract for B.C. Hydro for security 52 klm south of merrit..I had a severe blow out of my Tyre in a isolated location in the deep woods..I had a tow to Merrit 5 hrs later, went to Kal tire where they were indifferent and very snoty and rude..I went across the road to Fountain Tire and they were so friendly, professional and immediately looked after me and my vehicle..I'm so thankful and so happy with all the staff at Fountain tire !! Best experience I've had at an oil change place! I used to go to the Penzoil in Vernon for 3 years...for some reason it was always so expensive. Jiffy Lube showed me a 'new' fuel filter they put in which was used. SA & Westbank location will honestly tell me if I need something or I don't. Great price and great service!
