I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. I've always had the best experience shopping at St. John's Music! Whether it's a band rental for my family or a new piano for the living room, this is the place to go! Glen is so friendly and knowledgeable in the store. Ed the piano guy was a pleasure to work with - he made sure everything went perfect from the initial meeting to the delivery, install and tune of my new piano :) definitely recommend shopping here.

Great for a kids birthday party! Great water slide and pool area.
enough room for 4 kids to sleep in the same room, more if you put 2 to a bunk in the kids suite. there are video games and a dvd player so the kids can have a fun slumber party in their own room within the suite. great place, great price

Excellent services and courteous staff. This place is very friendly and teachers are providing an amazing training students are not only polite and friendly but very respectful. Dealing with issues involving director is very easy and comfortable.

I have been shopping at this location for many years and I have yet to receive anything less than stellar service. I refuse to shop anywhere else for electronics or appliances.

I love this store, staff are always friendly and they only buy quality merchandise which is great for me when I'm shopping there! I have sold twice and understood why they didn't buy what they didn't and I was very happy with what they gave me for what the did buy. I will continue to shop here for my kids

Wait times can be long but the service you receive is worth it. Weekends are definitely a longer wait unless you reserve a spot.

I went to Canadian tire today to buy a tires and the costumer service was EXCELLENT!! the staff name Robert was friendly,helpful , and helped me with what I need, and I was very please with the service that I get. came outta store happy and it didn't take too much of my time. would like to see that happen more often in the future, keep up the excellent costumer service. and thank you Robert for all your help.
