They are very nice and polite to me and are patient with an old man. They explain what is to be done but could improve information. They are prompt and make an enjoyable experience for a trip to the dentist.

These guys are the best....They care about you and your oral health. My parents took me there and now I take my kids there! I love the fact that they offer most services inhouse so we don't have to travel all over town for my family's dental care.

I attended Brantford Mall Dental on Monday to have the root of a front tooth removed. I was very apprehensive. The staff calmed and assured me. The doctor came in and took control of the procedure. It all went well and was almost painless. My fears were calmed and Sam had to tell me the tooth was gone. Great job.
