If you want straight, to the point, no nonsense service with a few laughs then go see Salim. We have purchased 10 cars and counting over the yrs and have never had an issue Salim takes care of us. In the summer of '20 I bought a lightly used 2019 A3 2.0T Quattro. The test drives, purchase, buying a snow tire pkg and buying/getting other parts, and scheduling three service visits over the following 46,000km have easy and without incident. The service advisor had one of the service technicians, who races, come out to talk with me and my son prior to a visit to Shannonville Motorsport Park.
