Quality car repairs and customer service is exceptional. It is common for a woman to be treated poorly when they walk into a car repair shop --- that has been my experience for many years. When I went to Quality, they were respectful, sensitive, and very kind. They do not overcharge or fix what does not need to be fixed! Prices were more than fair and the mechanic was honest about pricing and warranties. Very knowledgeable and fixed my issue very quickly. I waited in the reception area while it was being repaired and was frequently updated on what was going on with my car. HIGHLY recommend for women drivers who are wary of Mechanic shops because this guy EXPLAINS the issues and uses new parts with Warranty. No used parts. A great experience. Lire plus
