They were incredibly efficient in expediting in getting a new Bertazzoni steam oven installation. The oven’s pump quit shortly after purchase. We had bought from a different vender, but had problems getting repairs. Once Genier’s took over, it was handled so professionally. They had called several times to check on our progress. Wish we had bought from them in the first place.

Lake City Mechanical Services were amazing to deal with, went through Home Depot, bought our new hot water tank in the evening, was installed the very next morning. Can't recommend this company and Lou and Kevin highly enough! I had a vehicle mishap today that required 2 tow trucks and a technical recovery. It was a rural area and where I went off was difficult to locate. Lou and Kevin went well above and beyond and preserved to find me and my vehicle (including walking down a very long steep gravel road to try to see if that was were I was located, as well as checking back n'forth along the main road when they couldn't find me). Excellent service!

2 stk sands, the stk was cooked to perfection, it was tender, juicy. Stacked with fries, onion rings & a Caesar, it was one of the best I've ever tasted.
It was a Wed so the special was 2 diff kinds of prawns; they were delicious. Breaded perfectly, melted in your mouth. Calamari & tzatziki great & the calamari was soft with fantastic flavour.
The staff was friendly, the beer was cold and the pub was very nice. I've eaten at 5 star restaurants that can't compare to Mickie's Pub.

I was travelling to the Okanagan from Alberta for a ski trip last month, and noticed my car was making some clunking noises on the way up the mountain, so I took it into the nearest shop I could find (Highway 33 AutoPro) and they turned out to be just excellent! They were able to diagnose and fix my vehicle at a very reasonable price, and they walked me through everything they were going to do beforehand. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs in the Kelowna area!

Louis and his team work so hard at everything they do.Louis is a busy guy, but he will give you the time of day to explain what needs to happen now, or later and makes sure you actually understand the process. He even came in on a Saturday morning on his day off to convience me and my family
