Our roof had some anomalous issues because of an atypical build that resulted in extensive ice build up, damming, and leaking. Michael and his crew dealt with them to our great satisfaction. Seriously the best experience at a salon. I had extensions put in from someone else and they went horribly wrong but Kim saved my hair and installed beautiful extensions to boot! Super friendly and knowledgable staff. And even great conversationalist (thank god) because I was there for 6 hours while Kim, and another staff member fixed my hair.
