Saturday, Easter Weekend, covid19, Flat tire! Ughh. BCAA swapped in the spare, we took the flat to Kal Tire. Left it with Justin, they patched it, new valve. When we went back they swapped out the spare.
No charge! Have a good weekend Justin said.
This place used to be a Firestone location. What a RIPOFF and Shitshow that place was...so we were nervous, but desperate.

I went to Kal Tire after getting a flat tire and being unable to remove one of the bolts on the tire. Kal Tire was able to service the vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time and the cost was VERY affordable! Extremely great customer service, everyone was really nice and friendly. They also offer a great follow up service to make sure that the tire change went well and the vehicle is in driving condition. I would 10/10 recommend this location to anyone looking for a vehicle service. Thanks!

I recently had some work done by a very unprofessional company called Blue Marine Service. Once they gang at Granville Island Boatyard heard of the issues and that the boat had to be hauled back into the yard to have the work redone, they waived the yard fees... NOW THATS CUSTOMER SERVICE!
