Even if I find something online or at another store, I simply show it to them and they’re able to source it for me. Their access to a wide range of manufacturers is truly impressive. I’ve always found their pricing to be fair, and the customer service is consistently exceptional. It’s rare to find a business that combines great value with such personalized service — highly recommended!

This store is amazing, the staff are all so knowledgeable and helpful. Cheryl the groomer is also wonderful, your dog's health and safety is her number one priority as well as them being comfortable and I appreciate how much she cares for my dogs comfort and happiness. She also does a wonderful job at grooming and we love her!

Dr. Tim is a careful dentist who not only fixes what needs fixing but also wants you to leave with your smile looking good. Kindly came in after his hours to fix a broken tooth. He is the best. I would rate 10 stars if it was possible.

This location is by far the best in Brantford. The staff at this store is very helpful and makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. I get my milk and eggs etc. here regularly, Thanks to the young gentlemen Azor that manages that department and assists me regularly. Thank you !
