I also found the Business Manager to be easy to work with - at no time did I feel I was being offered something (warranty, accessories, etc) that I didn't require. The service experience since has been consistently pleasant. The work has been completed quickly and competently. Pricing has been fair, and several times I've not been charged for minor adjustments/repairs.

We needed an emergency plater made and they didn't even blink the second time. I told them what had happened with Dominion and there cancelations and they made sure everything was ready and picked out and sent on a taxi for delivery. I can't praise them enough. I had an Iphone 4 that was locked to a specific network. Yes....it cost me $55+tax to get it unlocked....the customer service....patience and knowledge were exemplary. If you want a phone unlocked or fix....or need accessories...then that's the place to go.
The guy literally took the time....to completely update the phone....at no extra cost...although it took the better part of an hour or more...he stayed well after closing and made it work.....top notch.
