The service was Great from the start to finish....I liked that they came to give you a quote and took the time to talk with you and allow you to ask any questions without any pressure to go with them. We made a date for the roof to be done and they showed up on the day ready to work and were done in one day as promised and left everything very clean....you would not know they were there except for the beautiful new roof. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

A lot of denture/dental clinics employ staff who treat patients like pieces of an assembly line, "move along, next customer, stop bothering me." Dr Bolog, who we're encouraged to call Mike, and his staff are friendly and treat you like you're a person and a part of the procedure as opposed to just gums and teeth to examine.
I like the atmosphere of the place, it's kind of like they make you feel at home.

Sandwiches offered are really good but a bit pricey. Pastries are awesome! Coffee is fantastic. Service is excellent! I thought I was going in for Tim Horton's but it was a pleasant surprise. If not anything else, try the coffee!!!

When I downsized to a condo, I called up Estate Concierge for help. Caroline helped me sort through my belongings, to figure out what was most important to me and what I should keep.
Now I use Caroline's service Maid of All Work on occasion for home cleaning, and find it's very convenient to book with Debbie the time and day that I prefer. Even booking around vacation times is fast and easy, I just give the office a call. The gals are always on time, and respect what you want done. The workers are diligent and careful. The job is always well done. I've never had to go back and do something on my own after they've left.
Mike comes and does the windows, so even big jobs can be done, like window cleaning inside and out. For the aging population like me, this is something I really appreciate.

Had an issue with using an online gift card to make an in-store purchase here. The problem seemed unsolvable...
But Brittany and Katrina's customer service were second to none!!! They worked relentlessly and were determined to provide the best service possible for their customer (me).
The problem was ultimately resolved after they would not take no for an answer while trying to navigate through this challenge.
Would not hesitate recommend this store to anyone!

For over a year and a half neither my daughter nor I have had a single complaint. The food is great and healthy, the teachers are amazing and really know each child and help them to grow. Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

HIGHLY recommend using this business due to it's impeccable customer service and respect to others vehicles.
Last month one of their drivers dented our roof on our Mustang with his fists due to road rage.
The gentleman covering for the owner informed me not to worry that if the driver would not pay, as he was a broker, the company would pay for the damage.
The owner himself, Justin, called us when he was able too. As the driver decided not to be faithful.
This is a business that will thrive!

Amazing service! By far the best princess company in town!I have been to many princess parties where parents pay 250+ for a princess for an hour and they weren't even that good! At Enchanted Dreams not only are they amazingly affordable but the value is there. They all sing and have experience in acting. Always polite and providing excellent service with a smile. Definitely would use Enchanted Dreams again to plan my childs princess themed birthday party! Elsa was amazing !
