Had an issue with using an online gift card to make an in-store purchase here. The problem seemed unsolvable...
But Brittany and Katrina's customer service were second to none!!! They worked relentlessly and were determined to provide the best service possible for their customer (me).
The problem was ultimately resolved after they would not take no for an answer while trying to navigate through this challenge.
Would not hesitate recommend this store to anyone!

This spa is a relaxing atmosphere by the falls in Dundas and I have been over a dozens times. Massage,pedicure,manicure and reflexology are wonderful.It is in a serine setting that allows you to really unwind. I would recommend this spa to anyone looking to be pampered within nature.... I had a great experience yesterday
The lady that helped me was named Yvonne and she couldnt have been more helpful. My 18 month old son wears an AFO and I've been having a hard time trying to find a shoe that would accommodate it. Yvonne was more than willing to help me out and gave me advice based on her own personal experience. She went above and beyond and it was greatly appreciated. ...she even kept my 2 year old occupied while I tested out various shoe styles. I will definitely shop there again!!

I had originally been recommended to go to Excellent Esthetics by a friend who had gone to the shop. Kim, the owner is very nice and easy to communicate with. I had gotten a Brazilian wax and it was very quick and painless, not to mention that the pricing was superb. Setting up an appointment was very easy to do so, as Kim works around your schedule. Definitely recommend going to Kim for anyone who is skeptical.

Great new eco store on James St South Hamilton. The owner was very helpful and I was very impressed with the bulk refill station they have. They will refill your empty containers with eco-friendly shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and softener, they even have bulk bubble bath and the prices are great.

For over a year and a half neither my daughter nor I have had a single complaint. The food is great and healthy, the teachers are amazing and really know each child and help them to grow. A lot of denture/dental clinics employ staff who treat patients like pieces of an assembly line, "move along, next customer, stop bothering me." Dr Bolog, who we're encouraged to call Mike, and his staff are friendly and treat you like you're a person and a part of the procedure as opposed to just gums and teeth to examine.
I like the atmosphere of the place, it's kind of like they make you feel at home.
