Just a quick note to say how much we enjoyed hosting our event at Liberty North on Wednesday. It proved to be a wonderful venue for what we were doing. The staff were pleasant and very helpful. The food was excellent!!

I was having a small problem with the cockpit on my Legend Angler while I was doing some fishing up at my cottage in Algonquin Park. I contacted Matthew from service department who requested I send him a few pics of of the area I was having the issue with and within 15 minutes he sent me a pic and some instructions on how I could do the simple fix myself. Have made several purchases at this location and am a firm believer in the Legend boats and products.....great customer service Matthew!!

He was upfront with me when recommending which windows were in dire need of being replaced, and which would make do for a few more years. He didn't put any pressure on me to buy from Kempenfelt Windows, rather just gave me the facts and answered my questions. I couldn't be happier with my decision to have Kempenfelt replace my windows. I LOVE tacos, so I stop in Barrie for them as often as I can. Our last visit was especially pleasant: Not only one of my favourite foods, but GREAT customer service as well, Thanks to Gagan and her team..
The woman, (Gagan), who served us went to great lengths to ensure that we were shown a map and understood it, after we asked for directions, even though she is not a driver herself.
I really appreciated the thoughtfulness.
