Here are some of things that he did for me: Demolition, Framing, Electrical, Plumbing, Dry wall installation and Finishing, Kitchen Cabinet Installation, Sound proofing, Flooring Installation, Painting, Trim, Textured ceiling repair). With the new owners the coffee beverages have drastically declined in flavour, though I'm sure they'll improve soon enough. The service is okay and there's always a band playing in the evening through the summer.
