Melia was at the front desk both times I had to go in and while waiting I witnessed her deal with several customers who were angry. She was so professional and responded in a professional, sympathetic manner. Each time reassuring the customer that she would do her best to fix the problem. When I was up, she was, again, professional, helpful and knowledgeable. She even took the time to look up my account and help me save some money. Best service ever. Bought a built in vacuum from them and it quit working. The person at the shop guided me through a few tests over the phone in the end it was decided I had to take the canister in. The motor was burnt out. Within 3 days I got a call that I could pick up the unit even though the motor had to be shipped.
