Very friendly and helpful from the first encounter. I recall when I spoke with him, I did not tell him about my familial account, but his investigations showed that my parents had an account with Allstate which allowed me to get additional discounts on my insurance. Further, when I contacted him later about a discrepancy with Drivewise, he readily and quickly looked into it, rectifying the issue! He’s an outstanding Agent that goes above beyond for his clients! Ive never liked campgrounds until Grand Oaks! It is more of a community where everyone helps everyone. I HAVE to comment on the wonderful support I received from Kelly and Jaya when I went to my appointment to start with a CPAP machine. They explained everything clearly, thoroughly and patiently. Jaya called me the next day and since has been available for questions and encouragement. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this store for CPAP treatment.

As long as I've needed insurance, from the time I first needed car insurance, and now home & life insurance, I've been dealing with Utter Morris - specifically Brian. It's been a pleasure dealing with Brian over the years. It's been valuable having the same person to talk to whenever I have any questions as opposed to just getting passed off to whatever customer service rep was available through a bank. Whenever I've had any questions about my policies, Brian's been able to clearly communicate to me what's going on so that I can understand it. The whole staff in general has been great. It's a very friendly, family-like atmosphere there. The saying "small enough to care, big enough to matter" applies here.
