I have been going to this location for years and haven’t been there since the new guys took over. I needed a last minute tire repair and they were super helpful and got me in right away. We had our young child in for jaw x rays and she was very nervous and upset and the tech was being very patient, but out of nowhere Dr Melo appeared (we did not have an appointment with him) and was so lovely with our kiddo, engaging her in conversation and set up the machine with a fake skull to show her how it worked. He was able to assuage her fears and the tech was able to get some good images. I was really struck at how patient and thoughtful he was. Will definitely go back if needed.

Discovered this shop because it is close to home and have been very happy I did. Amin has been so great with both our cars, and very honest. I can always trust his opinions and judgement. I highly recommend Amin, he has a friendly personality and is easy to talk to, as well as very knowledgeable. He discovered & fixed a problem that I had asked two other shops and they had no clue. I have heard he also has a couple other locations as well.

Ferhad Sean Amiri, the new lawyer who took over Larry Routenberg‘s practice at Metro Law (in ‘2022?) in Metrotown was awesome.
He picked up my file from 2011 with Larry.
He is “to-the-point” and his initial consultant rate was very reasonable. He explained the pros & cons and then elaborated the pros out-weight the cons. I look forward to having Mr. Amiri to carry-out the plan from Larry and then to the execute it soon.

The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
If you want peace of mind, give these guys a call!
