Dr. Head took me on the same day as I had an emergency situation both eyes. She & her assistant did me a great service by handling this issue. Prescribed eye drops a few days ago, & my eyes are in much better shape. I come back within 2 weeks for a check up.

We were two ladies down from Nova Scotia to visit Newfoundland for the first time, walk on passengers on the ferry and had heard about a great band playing at the legion in Port Aux Basques. Don was our taxi driver and he was awesome, said it would be 15 minutes to pick up time, he was there in 10. Fast, courteous service and when I asked how late he would be working he said he would stay until we called. When I did call at 3am, he said I am outside waiting for you. Great Job!! Thank you!!

My car just broke down and I called him because he was the closest. He came right away and was super nice and professional! He drove from Seal Cove to Topsail Pond Rd. to get me and towed my rig to Mitsubishi. He was fast, professional, reliable, and very nice! His prices are beyond fair!! I am very pleased and would definitely recommend him to everyone!! Thanks again :)

When I first started my treatment with Dr. Oliver, we didn’t have a great 1st impression of each other and I immediately shared a not so great review. I have since tried to find and delete that review as I quickly learned that Dr. Oliver and her staff are probably the most professional and friendly humans I have ever come across. Denise is simply the best individual and couples therapy I have ever experienced and I have tried many. John and his crew are great guys you end up getting more than you pay for and they will work by the hour or by sq ft depending on your renovation. The restaurant has the best chinese food in C.B.S by far. The food is delicious, plentiful and served hot. the owners are very sweet and nice to speak with. order was on time and we we checked on many times to make sure our meal was good and if we needed anything else. Highly reccomended!

She is amazing! Felt like I’ve known her for years. Great sense of humour and very personable. Took her no time to get the blood and as someone who gets bloodwork done a lot I can barely see where she went in with the needle! She used a proper sized bandaid to cover the puncture, nothing like the big ole strip of tape that hurts like a bugger to remove. The other clinics are good, but the wait time for an appt. wasn’t soon enough for me. The convenience of the home visit is definitely worth it.

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea in 2013 and had to get 3 quotes for my insurance company for a CPAP machine. Horizon Aire is the company I went with based on their prompt service and knowledgeable support staff.
Then, last month my CPAP machine stopped working correctly and was past its 3 year warranty. Horizon Aire contacted the manufacturer to push for a new replacement machine which I received the next day. These folks really do know what excellent customer service is all about!
