I've had four vehicles taken care of by Kendall's, never once did I feel like I was being overcharged or had work done that wasn't needed. In fact, I was given a general idea of what was upcoming in the next 6–12 months as far as maintenance was concerned.
One of the vehicles, it was suggested I get rid of it soon, as it was going to be costly to repair and not worth the investment.

Overall a great company from the first phone call, very professional and polite. Technicians showed up in uniform on time even called to let us know they were on way. They arrived on time and were very professional in my home explaining every process they were doing. Friendly, polite, no mess no fuss. I have recommended them to everyone I know. Bought my second truck from midtown ford from Jordan , service was fast and easy, all done over the phone and email had my new truck within a week . We live in rural Manitoba so ford dealerships are limited to where we are , I plan on being a returning customer ! Would highly recommend!
