Downtown Computer was such a great help in fixing my old computer and gathering my information into a memory drive. They were thoughtful and willing to help in anyway they could. The owner was so generous in providing me with a charger after finding out my old one was broken. I defiantly recommend his business and service! Don't hesitate in stopping by his shop and having them inspect your pc or mac, they will provide you with good insight and cost-saving resolutions like they did for me.

Excellent customer service, fantastic mechanical proficiency and excellent pricing. The owner went out of his way to make sure that everything was done to the highest standards - even over the busy holiday season. I really like this location. But there needs to be more movies. Not just the latest releases. But like the older stuff. And I’m not talking about bargain bin DVDs. Like. 2017-2018 stuff. Would be nice. They shifted focus to just new releases. And the super old stuff from like 1995-2006 etc. So. It’s so hard to find good movies you haven’t watched because they don’t stock them in stores. Mostly now focus on appliances and home systems. Which is sad as there isn’t a whole lot of places to get DVDs

Immigrating can be a stressful experience; there is reams of information available to you and it is often conflicting. It is also hard to talk with CIC as their lines are often busy and they cannot, understandably, offer advice.
However talking to Bell Alliance helped me (multiple times) to understand exactly what information meant and what was possible. It was also refreshing to speak to a human, not people only interested in your money.
If you want peace of mind, give these guys a call!

Europe Lock & Key saved our bacon! I was using our only key for our Mercedes for a pry, and snapped it in half! No backup key!! He was able to recreate a key from two twisted halves! The financial nightmare of re-keying a MB avoided! He was skeptical that it would work...... but it did! A fantastic resolution to a potentially expensive lesson of always having a copy of an important key. A .50 cent screwdriver makes a much better pry, all McGyver aspirations aside!

The server in our Vancouver Downtown law office went down after a power outage and couldn't boot.
A call to VCRS computer support and their techs showed-up onsite two hours later.
They worked on restoring the server past our office working hours.
All was back and running again.

I changed 3 dentists before found Dr. Lo (wasn't satisfied with their service). It might be strange to hear, but I look forward to each visit to this dental office - ot's how pleasant it is. Stuff is very friendly and doctors are very gentle and professional - they explain you everything that need to be done, don't push any services; do really great job - I go there more than 15 years already and only now something needs to be redone (with previous dentists I had fillings lost in a year).

2. very time efficient in correcting the issues that have plagued them
