I was gobsmacked to read the horrible reviews about Dr. Bakhshi. She has treated me caringly and wonderfully for years! ... and I can be a challenging patient at times since I am now 87 years old. Our furnace broke in the middle of the night on CHRISTMAS and Brendan took the call at 1am. Vince came out to do the repairs in the morning and he was friendly, patient and reassuring. He clearly set out the expectations, pricing and committed to doing his best to get us up and running. Vince diagnosed the problem quickly and completed the repair on site. Having Dr. Tanious as our family doctor is a blessing and gift! He is attentive, thorough, incredibly patient and proactive! Frankly the level of service and care is incredible.
