Great experience. Took all the time to answer my questions. Showed up promptly to deliver the rock for the project. Very helpful. Offered to take back any unused rock that I did not need. I installed the stones myself as I was quite particular with the end result.

Matthew and Drake provided my wife and I excellent service last month. We bought a fire pit and it wouldn’t fit in our car. They took the time to unload it from the box and loaded it into our car. The store had just closed and they took the time to ensure we were taken care of and weren’t in a hurry to go home because their shift was almost over.

After sticking with the same company for over 20 years, we switched to Drain Doctor this fall and couldn’t believe the tremendous difference in quality service and amazingly reasonable price for both a preventive sewer cleaning and a cleaning of a slow shower drain. The personnel were efficient, thorough, clean, and friendly to deal with and showed up when scheduled. When a small corroded piece of metal under our overflow cover broke during the service, they replaced it at no extra cost!

My friend was absolutely thrilled with her flowers. You never know what you get when sending online, but they sent exactly what i asked for and the free delivery online was a sweet bonus! I especially love that I got emails letting me know that they could not get ahold of my friend and had left a message and then another email letting me know that they had spoken to her and were now delivering. The customer service department was very polite to me, when I was asking for the prices of Oreo's they had to call me back. My phone then decided to disconnect, therefore leaving me with no service. Once I had my service up again, I recalled, and got the same person to answer the phone. He had responded very politely, and respectfully. 5/5 stars for sure :)
