I can’t say enough about the level of service here. They honoured the warranty although it is a Canadian vehicle. Did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. They installed the underground electrical for our garage. The electrician was professional and knowledgeable, he explained and answer any questions I have. I inquired them again for help due to an emergency with our power line on the weekend. He got back to me right away and gave me advice on what to do and willing to come to take a look. I bought rebuilt a car for my wife from Kareem (as is condition) and drove it home. It would not start the next day. Called Kareem and he came over with his son to try to fix. He could not get it going so was going to tow to his shop and fix at this own expense. Then I took the keys out of the ignition and he noticed it was not the original (got new one cut). He asked for the old key and the car started. He laughed and left. Honorable man. Deal with him as he stands behind his sales.

I dealt with a gentleman by the name of Octavio ( I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly!) Wednesday evening at Rogers Polo Park. I was upgrading my cell and he was extremely helpful and very courteous! I was going in expecting to pay a lot more than what I did. He went out of his way to offer a plan to benefit me and to actually save me money when purchasing my new phone. There are not many companies that will do that for a customer nowadays. They fixed my spine,herniated discs and nerve damage. When I arrived the receptionist applied heat to my back after consulting the physiotherapist. They communicate with each other very well and their main focus and concern is the well being of the patient (me). The way she asset the damage I did to myself was amazing by getting me to do very basic stretches or things as simple as lifting your leg, the therapist was very thoughtful and caring, actually all the staff at Darcybain are Amazing.
