I was referred to Kent through a neighbour and have called him twice for emergency plumbing issues in my rental properties. Both times he has responded immediately in a genuine and, caring manner and fixed the problems within a few hours. I had a house I wanted. The selling realtor was difficult and disrespectful. I almost felt bad asking Louise to deal with this person. She was really good to me and I wish I could post the name of the bad realtor but it is best to focus on the positive. Louise helped me when I was not able to effectively represent myself in a difficult deal. I offered to pay her extra but she did not accept. She is a nice person as well.

My husband has been seeing Dr Nesbitt for the last few years. I think we only had to rebook one apt and that was when Dr Nesbitt went on holidays. His office is a very busy place but he manages to see everyone in a timely manner . He is a man of few words and takes lot of notes. He also takes Pictures so he can see the progress. Our overview is that he is a great doctor, He is friendly, kind and knows his stuff.....His staff is pretty awesome too !

Thank You Chris for coming out over the highway on one of the worst days of this prolonged winter season. Your knowledge and skill saved our basement from flooding not to mention the cost to our water bill. Sorry your socks got soaked. We did not realize our hot water heater was under water as well but your expertise to the rescue again and using a wet/dry vacuum to clear out the water that had extinguished the flame within the heater. We used Short Circuit to update the electrical in my welding shop - it passed inspections with flying colors - would use Tim again, he's on time, professional, knows his stuff and he cleaned up his work site which is almost unheard of in an industrial setting. He also offers competitive prices - but he is quick and wastes no time so all the work he did for me came in under budget and was neat and done properly. He is experienced and smart and I will use him next time I need anything done.
