When have you heard a story like this. I'm a senior citizen and no longer work on my own cars. Took it told him I have a brake problem. ! He get the front apart calls and ask front or back I said front. He then opens up the rear inspects all is good. I said oh so sorry what do I owe You? He says nothing; stop by and brings the boys coffee and donuts !!!!! Can you believe this an honest automotive shop in Sudbury !! Now my whole family and friends go there.

These guys are the real ones. Was going to get a used car from a dealer, called them up and they took a look at it same day, no bs.

We had a new furnace and ductwork installed in 2020 and with such a big purchase, we were hoping we chose the right business to do the work. We are so happy we went with 669-heat!!! After a fantastic weekend traveling from Owen sound to Red Rock Ontario, we were heading home & learned that we urgently needed help to sort out some car issues, thankfully we were around Sudbury & went right to Back in action Automotive, where they got right to work & replaced our alternator, they were kind, fast & efficient which we are very thankful for! As our parting gift we got to play a little tune for the team & were able to get back on route home swiftly & safely, thank you so much!
