I had a wonderful experience with Kal Tire on Victoria Road. My 82 year old Mother and I had a flat tire - and we had just come off the ferry from Vancouver to Nanaimo. We had a long journey from Seattle, Washington. We pulled into Kal Tire to get the tire fixed - it had a nail in it. They removed the nail, fixed the tire, and didn't charge us for the repair. Shout out to Mid Island Towing who came to our rescue on Christmas Eve when the clutch blew on the truck. It was a busy day for them but they made it, the driver was excellent and was able to park our poor truck perfectly in the driveway where it could be fixed in situ.
