We deal with the Tillicum Rona often and have been happy with their service, however we had an issue with a bathroom vanity we recently purchased and weren't getting a good response from the store. Fortunately we were lucky to be able to deal with "Shane". She not only arranged to pick up the damaged one she helped us pick out a new one an arranged delivery promptly. Dwight and his team have been my go to mechanics for years, not only do they go above and beyond every time, Dwight dignosed a dangerouse stalling problem when two other garages could not figure it out. I can always talk directly to him about my car rather than having to explain to some one at a front desk. No middle man. oil change and servicing are thourough, and are reasonably priced.
