My experience with Auto Parts Locators on 10th Line in Orleans surpassed my expectation for sure. I was treated in a friendly courteous way that made me feel at ease, the work done was excellent and very fast, and at a fair price. I'm sorry to see that GCR Tires on Carling has closed. They were the best service station in Ottawa. I regret it took me years to find them & now they have closed. I wish the best to all the employees & thank them for doing a great job.

No auto shop is perfect, Canadian Tire is no different. That said, not every shop will own up to that. Any time I’ve had a problem at CT, they’ve made sure to make it right again and there is definite value in that! It feels good to know you'll be looked after.

I lost my credit card at Costco today and realized it when I went to pay. I was in a panic. Dawson was sooo kind and compassionate. He went to search the store and try to locate my credit card and found it. What a relief! Thank you so much Dawson!!!!

I bought a used car recently and it was absolutely filthy on the inside. These guys were professional, courteous, and did an amazing job cleaning the car out for me. They were honest, upfront, and prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend their services!! They also care about the customer! These guys are awesome. Plus, you can browse or go have a coffee in the mall while you wait! Very convenient too. I would definitely go back! Very happy with their services.

This place was able to help me when no other mechanic was able to (6 different shops and 1 dealership). My issue was with locking lug nuts where the key was damaged. Every other mechanic told me that their bolt extractors wouldn't work on my rims because there wasn't enough space to latch onto the bolts. They said they'd have to drill into the bolt, and possibly damage my rims in the process (either cosmetically or to the point where they'd have to be replaced). The dealership told me the person
